BUBBA'S MEATS
We use only the finest pork, beef, chicken, and turkey. All of our meats are individually smoked in our Frisco, NC restaurant. Our sliced and chopped pork comes from fresh ham, known for being tasty and lean. Our rib slab size is dictated by the tenderness of the meat. Our beef comes from the brisket for flavor and we trim it ourselves. Our
Bar B Que chicken comes from a four-pound plus bird, which guarantees a generous portion. Our turkey comes from the whole breast. We fry our chicken to order, not ahead, for maximum freshness. Once you try any of our selections, we think that you'll agree that Bubba's Meats are something special.

SANDWICHES & PLATTERS
Bubba's sandwiches and platters are all made to order, never ahead. We smoke our meats everyday. Freshly chopped BBQ is done daily.
Sandwich sizes are large or small. They are served on buns and come with Bubba's Original Sauce. Please let us know if you prefer your sauce on the side.
Platters come with a large helping of meat with two side orders and cornbread.
Sandwiches and platters come topped with cole slaw, should you desire, at no extra charge.

CLAMS & FISH
Our clam strips and fish are breaded and fried in a special oil so as not to burn the delicate pieces, as well as to make sure the succulent flavor is all you taste. Each is available in sandwich or dinner form & size. The portions are quite generous. Clam strips are also available in bulk, by the pound and half pound. Both sandwiches and dinners come with cole slaw, fries, lemon, and tartar sauce (made fresh in house daily).
